MAINTENANCE
To maintain its material in perfect working order, Ultimop put in place a dedicated structure.

Objectives :

• to ensure routine maintenance and repairs of production equipment,

• to adapt technical and human needs to :
- first instance : repair on site,
- second instance : maintenance and improvement (in the workshop).

Means :

• Maintenance workshop of 700 m2 incorporating : a stock of spare parts and consumables

• specialized equipment : (overhead crane, lifting gear, …) mechanical, electrical, robotic.

• Computerized stock and maintenance system

• Fully equipped maintenance vehicles,

• Stock of standardized production equipment, immediately available.

NEW WORKS
In the aim of continuous improvement, in its production equipment Ultimop has its own design office.

Objectives :

• Modify and adapt existing equipment as a function of
- Feedback and on site limitations
- Technical development and regulation changes

• Design and produce mobile treatment equipment

• Standardize and rationalize materials and equipment.
